These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Caliber Accounting Group SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to receive SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS (text) messages from Caliber Accounting Group related to your account and the professional services you have requested.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Appointment reminders
Account notifications
Tax preparation and filing reminders
Administrative alerts
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) verification codes
Customer support communications
Requests for documentation or information related to your engagement
Other transactional or service-related communications

SMS messages are intended solely to facilitate the delivery of services you have requested and are not used for unsolicited marketing.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Caliber Accounting Group, your account activity, and the services you have requested.

3. Message and Data Rates

Caliber Accounting Group does not charge a fee for sending or receiving SMS messages.

However, message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your individual mobile service plan. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions regarding your messaging or data charges.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed from SMS communications. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you provide new consent to receive them.

Opting out of SMS communications does not affect other methods of communication you have authorized, such as email, telephone calls, or communications required to provide requested professional services.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other participating carriers, are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

SMS message delivery depends on your wireless carrier's network availability and other factors outside our control.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Information collected through our SMS messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use trusted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your information and may use it only to provide messaging services for Caliber Accounting Group.
